Project Governance Group Formed

The PS 9.0 Governance Group was recently formed in order to establish a clear set of roles and responsibilities for the project. The project is governed by representatives from stakeholder groups across campus. More detailed information about PS9.0 governance is available on the Governance page.

PeopleSoft 9 Project Kickoff

The PeopleSoft 9.0 Upgrade Project kicked-off on Wednesday, January 9th with a meeting of the project stakeholders.  The kickoff addressed the priorities of the project, addressed lessons learned from previous projects, and introduced the PeopleSoft 9 Governance Group.

The target implementation date for PeopleSoft 9.0 is the end of August 2009.  Following the kickoff, the governance group will meet to develop a the project plan and communicate the plan with the executive tier.  Once approved, the group will share the plan with the campus community.
