We cordially invite the campus community use the Blogs@UWW system for instructional activities, to build communities of common interests, assist in quick and easy communication among committees, ad-hoc campus groups, and to facilitate collaboration.

The Blogs@UWW system uses the WordPress software. This system is managed and maintained by iCIT/Learning Technology Center. It has full capability as any public blogging systems, with RSS feeds so your postings can be broadcast easily. Your blogs can also be customized with access restriction for a private group if desired.

The University of British Columbia has two great blogging projects: LEAP and Weblogs@UBC.

Learning Enhancement Academic Partnerships (LEAP) makes it easy for students to overcome the often overwhelming challenge of finding online resources.  Study groups, student blogs, journals about campus life, peer tutoring and much more can all be found on the LEAP site.
