Week 7 Preview: Packers vs. Raiders

The Packers will be heading into their week 7 match-up with the Raiders sitting at a record of 5-1 looking to improve to 6-1 and stay at the top of the NFC North division, in which they hold a pretty solid lead. The Packers will most likely be heading into week 7 without their star wide-out Davante Adams for the 3rd straight week. There is also a chance that receiver Geronimo Allison will be out this week after taking a violent hit last week against the Lions. This puts a lot more pressure on the younger receivers of the Packers and veterans Jimmy Graham and Aaron Rodgers. Look for the Packers to use their run game to help the passing game get started without Adams in the line-up. The Packers also head into this game without stand out rookie defensive back Darnell Savage. The Raiders come into this match-up with a 3-2 record and look to remain above .500 on the year. The Packers will be heading into this game as 4.5 point favorites against the Raiders playing home at Lambeau Field once again. My final score prediction for this game is Packers 31, Raiders 17. I just don’t see the game being as close as they have predicted for the betting line, just because the Packers are superior at every facet of the game. Look for the game recap this Wednesday. Have a great week!
