Music is a great way to show how proud you are of being a woman. Woman have obviously gone through some shit, but we’ve always seemed to power through it.
One of those is by producing music that promotes your beliefs. There are tons of music festivals all around the world just for women. It is ran by women, with women performers, and there are women attending.
I feel like in a society where we are still very music under the patriarchy’s rule, music is a great way for intersectional feminists to share their beliefs and their struggles with the world.
Not only are there different women that can express how they feel, but they can also inspire other women to express how they feel.
