If you’re like me, you love living with roommates. You’re never not around your friends and they know you well enough to know what you need to make sure you’re happy, and vice versa. That’s the beautiful thing about living with your friends! But, everyone has their own individual styles and decorating ideas. Everyone comes from different homes that were decorated and organized differently.
This can mean that you don’t always see eye to eye in terms of how you should decorate, and holidays definitely can highlight any kind of different pages you might be on. Just try to remember that this is normal, and it is not a big deal. Remember to compromise, but get your point and wants across in a respectful manner. It is important to be heard but it is also very important to listen!
