I’m Kayla and I’m so happy you’re here! I’m 22 years old, living in Oak Creek, WI, and am currently a senior at the University of Wisconsin Whitewater majoring in Public Relations and double minoring in both Dance and Film. Ask me what I want to do with that, and I will tell you I have no idea. I love movies, art, and making people happy, though, which is why I decided to do an internship with the Walt Disney Company last year.
In the Spring of 2019, I worked as a Seater Cast Member in Hollywood Studios. It was one of the best semesters of my life because I got to meet some amazing people from all around the world, and spread a little bit of magic everyday. The internship taught me a lot about the importance of communication, and allowed me to experience my Public Relations knowledge first hand. Check out my blog post for my full experience.
I have an older sister who just graduated with her masters from Nova University, and a single mother who I cherish with all my heart. Both of these women have helped shape me into who I am today, and I continue to look up to them. One thing my mom taught me is to take life as it comes, not to worry, and be open to any opportunities that may come my way. A lot of the time, my life revolves around one of my favorite quotes:

I am not quite sure what my future holds, but I am here to share with you some of the work I have completed within the last few years, my future goals, and of course, the things that make me happy the most!
