Between 3:00 AM and 9:12 AM on Thursday, December 5th Turnitin Originality reports through SpeedGrader in Canvas were not available. The issue has now been resolved, and systems are functioning as expected.

Resolved December 3rd, 6:42 PM. The issue has been resolved and new users are now able to access LinkedIn Learning.
Beginning on December 1st, users who have not previously logged into LinkedIn Learning are receiving an error message when trying to create an account. Users who have logged in prior to December 1st are not impacted. ICIT is working with LinkedIn to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Updates will be posted to this message as they are received.

On Tuesday, December 3rd starting at 2:30am Instructure will be performing maintenance on Canvas to help prevent future performance issues. This work is expected to take roughly 30 minutes, resulting in Canvas being unavailable from approximately 2:30 AM to 3:00 AM.

Several users have reported issues using both Office 365 and Google Collaborations with Canvas. Users may receive the following message:
Your LTI tool has been misconfigured, please contact your institution’s Canvas Admin.
Canvas is aware of this issue and engineers are working on a fix that we hope will resolve the problem. At this time, we don’t have a timeline but we do know that a fix is currently being tested.

The Blogs@UWW service was unavailable between approximately 9:00 AM and ~12:13 PM on Wednesday, May 8th, 2019. The service has now been restored, but any media content (images or files) uploaded to the service between Sunday, May 5th at 11:00 PM and Wednesday, May 8th at 12:13 PM will need to be re-uploaded and linked. Between 7:35 PM CDT and 8:20 PM CDT on Sunday, April 28th some users were unable to access Canvas. The Canvas team found an issue with one of their backend services that caused multiple instances to become unresponsive. At this time the issue is resolved and Canvas is operating normally.
