Business Plan

Executive Summary

Introduction
Instant Video Messaging Services is at the head of the market for a whole new realm of communication. Our goal is to provide flawless video communication instantly throughout the world. We strive to accommodate the needs of our customers and work beyond their expectations.

We will achieve this goal by working constantly to be on the front of this new and emerging technology. Our primary concern is the needs of our customers and we build our services around those needs.

The Company
Instant Video Messaging Services was the brainchild of current IVM executives Brent Mallmann and Kyle Van Dyn Hoven. Their goal was to create a company that could offer futuristic video communication for a very reasonable price.

The company started out as a small hobby operation on the UW Whitewater campus. But the operation has grown, and now the company is housed within a complex in downtown Whitewater.

The Services
IVM offers a variety of consumer services. Crystal-clear Hi-Definition video can be streamed between almost any computers in the world. In addition to standard one-on-one video conversations, conference calls can be made using are services and online reunions can take place.

Furthermore, business applications are also provided. Secure links can be enabled in order to make sure that no one is eavesdropping on the conversation. Also, IVM is collaborating with numerous wireless providers in order to sync our video network with communication networks all around the world. This means that you can use IVM’s amazing technology with the services you already know and trust.

The Market
The market for video conversations is on its way up. The technology has been available for some time, but until recently, this level of quality and service has not been available. Similar to the transition from telegraph to telephone, or from paper mail to email, video conversations are the next level in communication.

Financial Considerations
We expect a high rate of sales based on the previous quarter’s income. Our new joint venture with various cellular communication outlets will allow us to expand our sales into other markets.
