I hope you are reinvigorated and excited as we enter the new year. Roni and I just returned from visiting our new granddaughter, Alison, and her parents out in Washington state. It was a thrill! Yesterday, I toured the new James R. Connor University Center. This new/remodeled building will transform the center of campus. The newly created spaces will enhance our sense of community and the building will become a gathering place. Our first event will be a reception for donors on January 19th, with the Grand Opening event scheduled for February 1st.
Next week, the National Champion Football Team has been invited to a reception at the Governor’s Residence. A fitting honor for their accomplishments.
