Commencement on Saturday, May 19th was Chancellor Martha Saunders’ last official event at UW-Whitewater. It was a wonderful celebration of the successes of our students. Speeches by Sara Mertz and Rich Meeusen inspired and entertained an enthusiastic capacity audience in a bright DLK/Kachel Fieldhouse.
The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater wishes Martha Saunders wonderful success in her new position as President of the University of Southern Mississippi. We thank her for the time she spent here and for the energy and enthusiasm she brought as chancellor.
We extend to Martha and to Joe Bailey our best wishes for much joy and happiness.
