Write it Out

As someone who is naturally a writer, writing comes naturally to me. It’s what I do constantly and it’s what I want to do with my life. So maybe this is easier for me than it is for others.

When we feel a certian strong emotion, it can overwelm us. Take over our every thought, Perhaps you are eloquent at can just express how you feel outloud. Maybe you like to talk about your problems, you are not one to hold it in. That’s good. Don’t keep it in.

But for some of us, we find it very hard to just come out and say what it is that has us feeling so upset or angry.

Might I suggest picking up a pen and writing down what you feel. The words may come easier. I find that they do.

When we write something down we will know who sees that paper. Usually it’s just us. It’s easier to to say exactly what we want/need to say in order to expell the bad feels from our body if we know we won’t be censored.

While having a conversation with someone it’s a two-way street. They can easily cut you off on what you’re saying and redirect the conversation. Sometimes you need another person’s opinion and perspective on something. And sometimes you just need to rant and get all the bad feelings out. But with that you always have to be conscious of what you’re saying in order not to offend anyone or say something that you cannot take back. Which is why I believe writing is a very good thing to do.

I write constantly. I’m a writer. It’s not always personal writings. Usually it is not personal as I tend to write fiction. But there comes a time where I need so. And it so mind clearing.

Give it a try. Even if you are not a nautral writer. It doesn’t have to be perfect, doesn’t not need to be in complete sentence with top notch grammar. It just has to alleviate the neagtiveness that is brewing in you.
