It’s not just me though, I see it everywhere, from my close friends, to strangers letting out cries of distress in the library.

My blog is meant to help the average teenager/young adult maintain positive mental health. For many years I have focused on the improvement of my own mental health, having struggled with anxiety from a young age. I wish to discuss my tips and tricks for improve and maintain good mental health for the everyday person.

Positive mental health is just as important as physical health, as negative mental health can hurt your physical health. Often when someone is dealing with mental health issues, whether it be mild or severe, they tend to pull away from people, usual activities, and often stop taking care of themselves. This can lead to an even farther decline in mental health and lead to physical illnesses.

Keep yourself healthy, mentally, emotionally, and physically. That way you can become the best you you can be.
