Calendar Implementation Is underway

iCIT is in the beginning stages of setting up the new EMS Master Calendar. As the process moves forward and time lines are clarified I will post updates to the project status.



Campus event calendar solution selected

The Event calendar selection committee is proud to announce that we have selected Dean, Evans & Associates EMS Master Calendar as our product of choice to provide UW-Whitewater Web based event information. In the coming weeks we will have more details on the implementation of the new system. So check back soon.



Calendar requirements

In colaboration with the event managers group we have successfully compiled a set of requirements for moving forward and evaluating the available calendaring systems. Event calendar project kicks off

Thanks to a Strategic Initiative Grant iCIT is announcing that it is officially kicking off it selection project for a web base events calendar system. The purpose of this system is not to replace our current room management and reservation system Resource 25 but instead to select a system that will give better visability to what events are happening on campus. As this project moves forward I will keep this blog current with important project related information and news, So check back often.
